The ESPN X-Games is in town!!!!

X-treme sports at its best. Yesterday we were invited to join the athletes of the X-games in a go-karting race. A 1 hour endurance race consisting of 20 teams, each team with three members.

Our team: Two Dudes and a Chick (No Pizza Place...)

It was a fun experience with our team starting 13th on the grid and finishing in 8th place! Not bad huh?

The Countdown - recommenced

After having postponed the concert the first time, the Amr Diab concert is back on in Dubai on the 11th of January 2007. Work for this concert started way back in July for it's previous date, Nov. 11th. Due to reasons beyond our or his control, he postponed the concert and we have just announced the new date, as mentioned above. All other details remain the same:

The Venue: Dubai Media City - Open Air Amphitheater
Time: Doors Open 6:30 pm - Show Starts 9:00pm

We have not even started our marketing campaign yet, nor are the tickets officially out for sale, and already we're getting many calls about tickets from all over the world. Our first tickets we sold to a girl from the USA who's going to fly to Dubai especially for the concert!!!! I couldn't believe my ears when I heard this, but it's true, she reserved a pair of tickets for the concert. Next was a girl from Iran, followed by a girl from Saudi Arabia! (See a pattern?)

With a venue capacity of 10,000 we're expecting the demand for the concert to exceed the supply of tickets (also hoping...)
